This is NOT how people with tourettes act. Yes they randomly say things and mostly yell it.

But this guy repeats the same shit most of the time and NO PSYCHIATRIST IN THE WORLD would set an m&m character next to a bed to see how the person reacts to it when they wake up.

Ive found out it had to be fake the first time I watched it, in the begining he is supposidly "Sleeping" so right before he hits the wall, he raises his hand to the wall so his face could his hand (this makes a sound and absorbs the blow and makes it painless, they tend to do the same thing in pro wrestling)
