its not fake in a sense, its obviously an awareness vid, made (so yes fake) as to allow people to c the risks of having a tree, they go up and fast, i reckon all the stuff in there was made so that it would burn fast, either way cool vid

If you've ever chucked an old christmas tree or any other evergreen branch then you'll know that they got up just like that. It's probably to do with the sap and the fact that it consists of lots of tiny branches that burn really fast.
