aright, a clarification i thought i should make since i'm muslim, some parents may "train" their kids at a young age but fasting doesn't become a requirement until they've reached puberty. most kids actually want to fast with the rest of the family, cuz all the big kids are doin it. it's not forced by any stretch of the imagination.

and i hate how she talks about palestine with such an amazing lack of perspective. palestine is a warzone. any good parent will make sure their kid knows how to defend herself or himself in a country like that.

Yeah, now that I've got all of your attention I have some book that I HIGHLY recommend, the lord himself does. Now these are $10 a piece. Moving on, we have a camp coming up and all info is in this brochure here.

I thought it was pretty funny how she said she could go to a playground full of kids and have them believing in god in minutes, like its something hard to do. Almost like a creepy old child molester can go to a playground full of kids and get at least one to follow him back to the van full of baby puppies. Their both just as morally wrong in my view...

I wanna watch this movie but i know it'll just get on my nerves and make me depressed. I got kicked out of catholic school when i was younger for making up my own mind about my beliefs, these poor children may never be able to do that themselves. and thats so terrible its a crime against life itself, for which the punishment is mental and emotional stagnation.

And by the way, the whole turning these kids into crusaders is very laughable. They dont have anywhere near the numbers to start any kind of holy war. I think a 12 year old muslim kid with an ak-47 could squelch their attack of painted faced-interpritive dance resistance without batting an eye...

They have open imaginations and no pre-concieved notions about the world and theology/philosophy... When this (mis)inforation stems from their parents, the authority figures in their lives. Of course they believe it. I would like to see a follow up with 10 or 15 of them in 10 to 15 years time to see where they are at belief wise.

First off i'm not religious myself. I don't think guiding your kids towards the church is wrong at all. The parents have the right to do what they want with the kids. But I think this shit is too far and everything they do in this movie is mostly wrong. People who come up to me and try to talk about jesus with me is pretty much the only time I ever wanna push or punch someone away from me. Don't push your beliefs on me.

Religious influence from adults should be subtle if existent. Allow children to become adults and choose whether or not they want to immerse themselves in excessive BS. Kids believe what there told. Tell them to get learn as much as they can and make decisions for themselves.
