You also don't have to go to the desktop properties, since you can set it as a background in paint. For people who don't know much about computers it might be pretty funny.

Nyeh, just do that and remove all of the icons to make people think their computer is perpetually frozen (or at least glitched, if they ever find that the start menu works)
