It's like counting cards, it isn't cheating but it pisses the host off no end.

What a cool guy. He wasn't all pig headed and proud... he's just honestly said, "Invest." Smart guy compared to a lot of idiots now-a-days who win stuff. I think he deserves the money. ( I felt kind of bad 'cause he was obviously ashamed at the beginning when he was asked his occupation... so he said ice cream truck even though he was currently unemployed).

...and I don't think the host was pissed off at the end. The host was an idiot to begin with. "Did you bring your ice cream truck with you?" *Groan!

there was a whole documentary on tv on this that i saw, pretty interesting,

supposedly he studied the patterns for 6 months or something like that, and it was found that all a person had to memorize was 5 different patterns to always land on a money + a free spin square, which if u notice, are all on the same 4 squares. on his very last spin (which i dont think they show) he fucks up and almost lands on a "whammy" in which he decides hes too tired to continue and stops, winning the highest amount of money on a game show at the time. they quickly found out about the pattern on the show, and made it actually randomized afterwards.

although he was pretty smart, turns out he got in a fight with his wife about the money, and shortly afterwards, they were "robbed" and the money disappeared, with his wife leaving him soon after

a great accomplishment nevertheless

I remember this. Well not the old video itself but about the documentary. Sucks though he got all the money stolen. Plus people say he cheated. That's not cheating. It's cheating if he tweaked it but not if he used his brain.
