Just an excuse for someone to get hits on their website. I know a few people who have tourettes syndrome and it's not like that. Only 1 out of 30 people who have tourettes (which is a very small percent of the population) has the variety that causes them to swear uncontrolably, the majority of those who have this disease have some other compulsive tick such as spitting into their collar or saying some other word. I highly doubt that this "gentleman" has this affliction.

meh it's hard to tell if he's faking it or not. when people have tourettes syndrom you can't say they're gonna act this way or that way or they're SUPPOSED to act like this and not like this. unless you've done multiple studies on people with tourettes syndrom and how they act or you're a doctor (not some quack) you can't really say if he's faking it or not. just my view.
