The best of all Silent Hill games without question. Not just the best of the series, but the most unsettling and frightening game ever. And the theme music used in this clip is amazing. Great upload!

If you ever want to play a good silent Hill just plays this one. It is a stand alone.

Not one animation I've seen where the mouth actually moves in a correct way. It always makes it so fake, compared to they brilliant renders...

Seems like one of the few games thats creates any kind of theatrical effect. Triggers emotion. Alot like the more recent MGS games and the zelda series. (For me anyway, Im sure you can think up exampls better suited to you) But one of the classics definately.

With Silent Hill 2, the creators go for a more Resident Evil-type approach rather than the ambience-approach they used in the first installment of Silent Hill. Can't really say I dig it, though. I've always been praising Silent Hill because of its innovative approach of portraying the surroundings.

Silent Hill 2's a great game, though, no questions asked.

I think Silent Hill 1 was by far the scariest.

But Silent Hill 2 was by far the most fucked up game I've ever played.
