generic_imitation, you're a bit of an idiot.

It was a prank, therefore not real, therefore, no one was in the back seat and they rigged the car to bounce around and have a sound track playing. No one was inside, and if anyone was, they were sitting there and playing cards.

sivoph, its not a british clip, the license plate on the front of the car was NOT a UK license plate, and the cops uniforms were certainly not those of the "british bobby"

It looks to be somewhere else in europe! But where, I couldn't say.
