To ADMINS: I know you guys are trying to keep the peace on a site but I really don't think we should infringe on people's first amendment rights... Nihon Negro, they are censoring more than racist comments. Guaii has been attempting to post a list of U.N. resolutions against Israel on the front page of the gallery, but one of them keeps removing it.... no swearing, no racial slurs... just facts and history.

And nova, people don't goto jail for "questioning" the Jewish "prespective" on history. If it was simple reasonable debate with facts there would be no jail time.
However when people incite hate, and slander Jewish people (or say blacks, or Asians, etc.) it is called a hate crime. Those people deserve jail time.
I was taught through school nothing about whos religion you can and can't question.... where did you go to school? "I was taught through shool" must have been a good one if they didn't even teach you how to spell school.

Just send an e-mail to support or the "contact us" e-mails if you want to talk about something Nihon Negro. However, your argument for free speech is the same people make on Shoutwire. We aren't the American Government, we are a website that is privately owned. If I put a banner on your house one day that has an offensive message, wouldn't you take it down? Or would you say its someone's free speech so let it be? The site's uses are a privilege not a right. I might be out of line here and I apologize, these are my thoughts alone and do not reflect in any way the opinions of the owners or other admins.

I deal with every user's compalints through the e-mails and the ensuing chaos on the comments gets a lot of people banned for saying things to/about other users they don't mean. In reality, people will say what they want here and you inter-lectuals (internet + intellectual *snicker*) will duke it out. Bless your hearts. You're also right to say that the voting system is in place for just this.

/letting out some frustration.

best was a few days ago Jon Stewart from the Daily show said he invited Mel Gibson to come on and talk about what's been happening lately but then said "He turned us down, possibly because he doesn't like jews" And just in case anyone didn't know, Stewart is Jewish.
