Sometimes the justice system just doesnt work fast enough. Sex offenders dont get life, most of the time just maybe 3-5 years in prison. Now him taking justice into his hands... I think he did the right thing. He was upset And you would be too if you had a son who was sexualy molested and the man who did it might only get 5 years? Seriously i give the man prop's. 5/5. His crime was a crime of anger NOT because he was some sick man wanting to just kill someone. Which is why his sentence might have been so light.

The father killed a man. That man abducted and possibly sexually abused his son. Possibly, not did. There was no proof that this could have happened, it was an assumtion. The father overreacted, definitley wasn't thinking, thought with emotions before common sense. Of course, murder does not solve anything. But, it can really save your ass. Just, not in this case.

i guess most of u here believe in 'an eye for an eye'? or 'that 2 wrongs make a right' mentality?

whether or not he actually abused that kid sexual does not make a bit of difference to his own actions and not excuse them, it still doesn't give him the right to take his life (who is he to play god?). and 'no' im not religious.

maybe the reason he only got 5yrs probation is due to jurors like posters here believing that he got what he deserved?, i think that he should have been trialed on whether or not his crime was pre-meditated (which it obviously was) he waited for him, and pulled the trigger. (thats murder), instead of whether or not he deserved it. (if people started killing everyone they hated cause they think they diserved it there would not be too many people left).

he should have taken the high-road.

and if u people think i dont know what im talking about it happened to me, and it is better to forgive than habour hate and resentment for the rest of your life which gets u no-where fast.

If this guy had missed and killed/injured someone innocent I bet you wouldnt be so enthusiastic. No all situations are as clear cut as this, what if the info was wrong, what if you were wrongfully accused of molesting someone and got shot before you could be exhonerated?

Reminds me of a poor 20 year old guy who did a year for stat rape for sleeping with his 17 year old girl friend and then got shot dead by a person who got his name from a peodophile web site. But I guess you all support that too.

Of course everyone always talks tough, but I doubt most of you would do anything close to what you claim.
