I'm suprised he only got 5 years probation for murderering that guy, it wasnt in self defense or anything, I understand him doing it, but I would of thought killing anyone like that no matter what would get prision time or something.

darthmaximillian is right, there is no moral justification for killing someone. just put him in a cell to rot for the rest of his life IF found guilty. as others are saying what ever happened to the son should never happen to anyone, there are some truly evil people in the world.

This isn't justice. Justice should not be left up to someone who is clouded by emotion. I'm sure that you would want to do the same if it was your child, but just because you want him dead doesn't mean that the choice is yours to make. This man should be in jail.

Anyway, the father took justice into his own hands. He had no idea what the consequences of his actions would be, but he did it anyway... I don't care if you guys agree about whether what he did was wrong or right, but damn. There's a dad who'd gladly throw his life down for his kids... I respect that.
