^ They don't react to it like Americans do. Other people in the world laugh when something funny happens. If something funny happens to an American, they get pissed off and try to sue everyone involved. I'm Canadian, and we're almost as bad.

Then they go home, take their settlement, buy a new HDTV and watch funny things happen to people on TV. Makes sense, right?
