Underground Nuke = Massive Earthquake (not very long, but very powerful) we can underground nuke any country (can you say IRAN/IRAQ) to destroy their resources (like a certain uranium enrichment plant) and deny any hand in it and blame it on mother nature. Didn't the Earth's core stop spinning because of this in that movie "The Core"? LOL
