I think he is an alien. I have seen his live performance. it was fucking amazing. Watching him do these things right in front of you will just blow you away. I saw him lift his torso off of his waist, and crawl down his own legs! Nobody belives me when I say this. But I swear he did this! Anyone else see that at his live show? So, anyway, Ya he is an alien.

Hm... I was watching as carefully as I could... I saw the table leg twich at one point when it shouldn't have... I think that dude who said that his leg is in the table leg is right.... only problem is the table leg is VERY skinny at the top... so yea, i'm not sure about it... but copperfield is great

saw an illusionist do a similar trick with a giant drill in some casino while on a trip in the bahamas back in 1993. The difference was it had lots of blood and lots of girls with there boobs hanging out. Funny thing was I was 12 at the time (my brother was also there and he was 9). The show was advertised on a cheap cruise we were on for family fun entertainment. Luckily my parents weren't the kind of people to have a heart attack over some tits and me and my brother were not the only kids present.

The table appears to be alot thinner than it actually is!!

Also notice how femanine his feet look......

hmm, i wonder.. but probably fake and the audience was in on it so they could do it digitally. once i saw how he made a plane disappear around people holding their hands around it, later i heard that the people were in on it and didnt mention that they pulled out the plane .. thats why u only see it on TV

great magician. inovator in his field. this is one of the easier ones to explain though. Posistion of his feet gives it all away. they are at an angle so just picture some one bent over the edge of the table hiddn by mirrors under the table. Once covered he pulls his feet out, and the other person puts his leg and feet in. Vice versa at the end. Now that chick out there that impails herslef on the rotating metal screw? that was cool, no cut away shots, no covering this or that. Very intense and can not figure it out.

there are definately mirrors under the table its not that thick and the blade never penetrates it, do the math...

notice when he was preparing for the illusion, he actually lifted up his torso. HOWEVER, the shirt stuck to the table, dere was like something pushing it down. i guess those were his legs. anyway, the robotic legs look quite fake too...
