^ no, it seems to have more to do with effort spent on one`s appearance, not the carefully popped collar, the clear thought put into clothing colour selections, massive amount of time and money spent on hair, all clear signs of douchiness.
oh and the poses, douchebags can`t just get a picture taken, they always have to try to adopt a cool stance or position, emphasis again on `try`, see how it`s about effort?
if u go work out ur not a douche, if you go to work out, buy tons of expensive work-out gear, talk about working out, take pictures of urself in ur favourite working out poses, and post tons of crap wherever you can on the internet about yourself and how much u work out, then you`re a douche!

on the women thing, gay guys do a lot of the effort-on-appearance thing too, which is possibly why women feel more comfortable around douches...
oh and a non-douche wouldn`t have to have his picture taken with said women either, only douches feel the need.
