Hmm .. I had to mess around to get the correct vid there. Damned shame for the involved guy and family here, but on the same night I bet 4 or 5 African-Americans were shot by police in the same state, under equally suspicious circumstances. No news report on that.

the cop was off duty and or retired? and picked a fight with a guy because he was possibly drunk driving or goofing with his bud and basically abused his CCL privileges; tuff shit cop looking for trouble, found it, and ultimately abused his gun privileges is what i make out of it with the info so far.

Just because he is a marine doesn`t make him an awesome person. In fact it could just as easily make him a reckless and especially dangerous person.

I don`t know what happened, but apparently almost nobody does. He may well have earned the bullet, we dont know. No point in forming an opinion on it when both the cop and the passenger of the truck are keeping quiet.
