Sorry English isnt my first language so this was pretty hard for me to understand, but i have a question ..

did this piece of footage was about a female soldier in iraque who was drugged and gangraped and she needed "Reconstructive" surgery?? ( couldnt place the iraque part anywhere else)

That`s pretty close she was not a soldier, she worked for KBR a American Company that the U.S. military hired to provide "logistical Support" in Iraq, they provide housing for soldiers and what have you.

Anyway the rest is pretty much correct while working in Iraq she was drugged and gang raped by several other KBR employees. Then when she regained consciousness she went to a doctor who performed a rape kit but that doctor worked for KBR as well and so of course reported the rape expecting the company to find and punish those responsible instead they had the raped woman locked in a shipping container probably because they were unsure what to do with her. She got word back to the states and was eventually freed and yes later had to have reconstructive surgeries on her breasts and pelvis because of the damage inflicted during the gang-rape.

What the video`s specifically about is that KBR required all employees to sign a contract requiring complaints against the company or other employees be solved via "binding arbitration". The practice of Arbitration is instead of taking things to court a neutral third party is instead presented the evidence and that third party decides on the case. This is usually the result of both sides agreeing to arbitration as opposed to going to court, usually because arbitration resolves things much faster or because there are privacy issues, the records of arbitration are not open in the same way court proceedings are.

The woman in question of course wanted to take both the company and those who had raped her to court but as I mentioned KBR made all employees sign a contract saying they agree that all complaints etc. be solved via binding arbitration. So the company has been fighting to make her solve her "grievance" via arbitration and she wants the suit to take place in court which is what the four year legal battle has been about up to this point.

Further to summarize the arguments being made The lawyer representing KBR basically said that most cases solved via arbitration end up being in the plaintiffs favor therefore it`s fair and Jones should have no problem using it. What Al Franken was getting at is that while yes the arbitrators most often ruled in favor of the plaintiff that ruling could just have been for 50 or 100 dollars or some other piddling amount with the additional condition that the plaintiff not talk about what happened, and we don`t know if that`s the case because unlike court proceedings arbitration is private. Further should the arbiter make such a dumb ruling the plaintiff has no recourse they cannot appeal or anything and are legally bound by the arbiters decision.

Also it`s not your English, the clip is rather difficult to understand if you`re not familiar with the case that they`re dealing with, which is why I typed out this whole giant summary, for the two or three people who may actually give a fuck.
