My mum is a retired teacher and worked mainly in dirt poor outer suburban High Schools in Melbourne. I can definitely believe the sentiment of this video. These kids have no parental involvement whatsoever and the result is every class has a few gifted individuals able to pull themselves up by their own bootstraps. And everyone else with kindergarten level language skills trying their best to bring them down.

While I agree with the sentiments of this message it is in fact a fake that has been circulating for quite a while. Different variations of the joke list Worcester, Queensland and Pacific Palisades as the location of the school.
