I`m inclined to believe that he has had arm transplants or something. He`s not a muscular person, look at the rest of his body. He has very thin legs, so he could`ve been in hospital for a long time. His left arm and fingers look screwed up. Plus, his right "muscular" arm doesn`t actually look muscular, it looks very swolen. Then again, it could just be a fake photo.

I had to look this up and found more photos just like this. The guys other arm looks almost useless. WHy would you want to look like that for arm wrestling? TO each their own.
