I wouldn`t say that`s the case. If anything this video proves this kid is just THAT disrespectful and absolutly self centered. I don`t care, there`s no way this kid would put out such an image of himself on purpose, even for a few minutes of fame. And even so, I don`t think ANYONE from the grandma`s generation would put up with that type of disresepect from an already asshat grandson who wants to exploit her for the sake of a video. I just don`t buy it.

He`s clearly distraught throughout the videos as he`s finding out they`re being put online. I think this kid is just so wrapped up in his own world thats all about himself his attitude and disrepect towards others is so appauling it just doesn`t seem real.

@ The Living End - Has it ever been different? It seems kids from every generation think the own the world. You just see more of it now because of the internet and TV... I could be wrong though.

@ Kokujin - It seems fake to me because of how outrageous the videos are. I don`t necessarily think that because they are humiliating the kid wouldn`t put it out there. If he knows the reaction they are getting and other people know him to be more "normal" then I don`t think it`s unreasonable to think it all a big joke. However, I wouldn`t be surprised if he had some sort of anger/ personality "disorder" that messes with his ability to control himself. The way he speaks and responds to things makes me think he`s a bit slow. Not that I am an expert or anything.

@AnthonyAcc. I wouldn`t say this applies to every generation. There have been studies to show that this Generation (Generation Y) is one of the most narcissistic generations yet. It comes from the whole mantra nowadays about "Everyone is special and individual". People think they can do whatever they want because they are there own person. I don`t feel like this applies to me because of the values my parents taught me. However, being at a University with 30,000 other kids my age has shown that the study may in fact be true, unfortunately.

@L33terpan- Being from the South myself (Georgia), I would say that they`re probably a Southern family.

@saint322 - Not to be confrontational, but can you point me to these studies? I find it hard to believe, just based on what I see, that there would be a significant difference in the attitudes of young people among different generations. That is, most teenagers think they know more than they actually do. I go to public university with upwards of 20,000 students and I would agree with you, but that doesn`t mean it wasn`t similar in generation X or generation W etc..
