Driver was drunk, Residents had to yell at him to get out before the train struck. Nobody else in the Van and the Dude was arrested at the scene.

this priceless..

" a west suburban resident who was on the westbound Metra train... sustained headaches and neck injuries ... This same passenger was also on last week`s Metra train that hit an automobile where the car had driven several hundred feet down the tracks. He was not injured in that accident."

At 0:41 a guy in a white coat runs up frantically screaming, "OH SHIT! GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? GO! GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE, YOU STUPID IDIOT! FUCK, WE`RE ALL DEAD! GET THE FUCK OUT!" and the cop is just too cool to actually run out of the way of a speeding train that has fireball leading the way.
