I love their third example of liberal bias:

Socialism

Socialistic terminology permeates English translations of the Bible, without justification. This improperly encourages the "social justice" movement among Christians.

For example, the conservative word "volunteer" is mentioned only once in the ESV, yet the socialistic word "comrade" is used three times, "laborer(s)" is used 13 times, "labored" 15 times, and "fellow" (as in "fellow worker") is used 55 times.

8. Exclude Later-Inserted Liberal Passages: excluding the later-inserted liberal passages that are not authentic, such as the adulteress story.

This process of taking a current religious teaching and changing it to suit the establishment of the time is something that has been going on for as long as we have had religion. The bible at best is best of soup of pre-existing religious notions pasturized and homogonized to suit the needs of those in power. Ie, it was created by the Roman power structure to suit their power structure. Becuas4e one god is easier to corrupt rather then lots of gods.

That it is happening again simply shows that the power of the current best of gods volume 19 isn`t best enough and needs a new revision to suit the needs of those who use it as the tools it was designed to be.


I hope this serves to weaken the religious resovle of those who have the foolish neigh on retarded notion that the bible is the literal word of god and as such could not have been changed by man because he wouldn`t let it. Well, firstly, he doesn`t exist, at least not at the childish confines the religious fold would have you believe, and man has most certainly changed the bible over the years(given that the new testiment is based on the writings of people who lived aas much as 75 years after the supposed christ figure died.

There`s no need to re-write The Bible. Why not just write a sequel to it. After all it is the ultimate best-seller book. And then name it something catchy like "Bible 2: The real story".
