legalize marijuana, it gets you high but does not fuck you up, the farmers will switch to it because of the low risk high reward and it will put a stop to the death toll that cocaine causes.
taxes could also be used to fight other drug usage.
would you chose something deadly like cocaine over a legal alternative like marijuana ?
legalization of alcohol put an end to organized crime and violence, why wouldn`t it work for drugs ?
