I work at a grocery store where we have a gas station attached, like many big chains do. I one time saw a mom who had her freaking kid pump the gas, and before I could stop them, she drove off with the nozzle stil in her tank...*slaps forehead*

We also had a guy crash into the pump one time causing a fire, I was on vacation when it happened but those who were there told me it was a terrifying ordeal. Fortunately noone was injured.
