Actually, i think in most bike races like that, generally the rider has to cross the line with his bike. Now.... i`m not sure if that means that both he and his bike had to cross the line with him ON the bike... or just any old freakin way... *shrug*

But yeah... i wouldn`t doubt that he had his hands off the bars cheering for himself prior to his fail, just like the one other video.
