this is a great thing in a near future losing a body part will no logger be as bad.

think of it you need surgery to have your arm or leg removed for what ever reason, instead of getting a wheel chair or plastic arm you get one of these

I`ve met Dean Kamen once, he`s a pretty cool guy with lots of ideas for the future. He talked about the limbs at the Solid Works Convention in SD a while ago, it`s nice to see the results

i am a 20% disabled vet that will one day lose his knees. i see vets of all shapes and sizes everyday. it makes me happy to see things like this. so many vets just get dumped on.
