I live in Argentina and remember spilling my breakfast when I saw this on TV. After a while I came online and searched for it, and found out it was one of those informer stories where a regular Joe sends in anonymous tips; obviously, the tipsters where Monkey Island players and they tipped an Argentine news channel C5N, that kids were mixing these things in house parties. Notice the submission titles the drink "Grog XD" (the XD being the laughing smiley face) and the news guy doesn't pick up on it.... so FAIL!
