I, myself only say compliments when I really mean them, same thing with insults. However I really liked this video, I believe we should always try to be friendly, being carefull not to fall into hypocrisy.

Sad thing about videos like these is they all make us think "the world would be so much better if every one acted like this" or "we should all act like this every day"...but nobody ever does. 5 mins after watching this video those feelings have faded away. :(
