This is kinda stupid, of course its going to be harder, because he is using a lot more Potential and kinetic energy.
Basic formulas E=mgh E=1/2mv^2

If you have someones body off the ground by 5 feet roughly like they show in the video.(Im gunna use 200lb or 90kg, just for easy math)
That is E=90x9.8x1.5 that equals 1323 joules. Thats how much damage it will cause if you just let go of them. Which is a lot
And when you apply downward force. Im going to use 18m/s (gravity is basically 10, and im going to say he adds 8m/s onto that)
That goes to E= 1/2(90)18^2 = 14,580 joules.

For a punch to have that much energy it would have to be traveling at 120m/s (432km/h)
And for a body to have that much energy it would have to be traveling at 18m/s (64.8km/h)

I have a feeling im gunna get voted down for having too much math in my post.

Whats so dumb about it? Rampage has actually performed this exact slam on opponents before. In the fight I saw, it was nothing nice. The guy was out cold as soon as he hit the mat. Joe Rogan said it was the first mma fight he saw where he was concerned for the other fighters safety.

^1) First off we dont idolize him, we like watching him punch face.

2) this "Joe Rogan" is the fucking man, he is an established comedian, was a respectable host for the TV show "Fear Factor" and has now made a nice transition to being THE most famous MMA announcer in the world, put all his celebrity status aside and hes still a great sports announcer.

so simply put: JOE ROGAN is better than you.

3) yes you probably have to be an MMA fan to enjoy this, after all it is a video documenting the power of a famous MMA attack. to be totally honest, if you werent interested in seeing how powerful a legitimate body slam would be then why did you click the video?

4) hes not just a big man who throws people around at all...
- He has some of the most powerful punches/attacks in the world.
- he can Take some of the most powerful punches to the head and barely even be bothered by them
-hes so big and strong that its almost impossible to get him down, and of you do its one hell of a chore to keep him there.

We watch rampage because WE couldnt fight him, and we wanna see who can and exactly how they will go about it.
