^Agreed. I have a feeling the person who`s van got hit doesn`t think much of this being justice. Now if the suspect ran over a known child molester and punctured his tires on said molestor`s teeth as he ran over his head and was unable to flee anymore...I would say THAT is justice

It was probably some kids stealing a car for a joyride in which case I say, good going soccer mom for taking more defects out of the population.

The fleeing suspects were likely travelling much faster than regular traffic; the van driver likely saw the car but figured they had time to turn, which they would have if the fleeing suspects were travelling at a normal rate. Its lazy, sure, but lots of drivers only check for distance and ignore the importance of speed. Ever get stuck behind a guy waiting to make a left against traffic, but who doesn`t take easy opportunities to turn? Pain in the ass.
