Those are, in fact, spring rolls. Egg rolls are the kind with the puffy skin due to the addition of egg yolk in the skin making process.

You might be thinking about Vietnamese spring rolls. Which are also spring rolls but pretty different than Chinese spring rolls.

I love how I get voted down when I tell the truth!

Tell me, when they only wear gloves when it may be detrimental to their health.... (hot stuff) so gloves need to be worn. Have fun eating your next spring roll, and further to that, good luck with your next egg roll.
