If this is serious then her boss has serious ethical problems for firing her in public over personnal comments and telling her shes a fuck up. Not saying she doesn`t deserve to be fired but its unprofessional for him to do that.

I love Facebook now - once you hand in an application or attend a job interview, managers search for you to see what kind of a loser you probably are. Those profile pics of you chugging down a Jim Beam or dry humping your girlfriends help determine whether or not the employer will hire you :)
