flouride does affect the human brain and was used by both the nazis and russians in behavior altering experiments during the second world war through mass medication of drinking water.

^ why am i not even slightly shocked by that?

In the end our water supply is controled by private companies, what they tell us is in it has no real bearing on what is actually in it.
