Fuck all that processed stuff. You get the best pork rinds from a decent roasted joint of pork with the skin left on. Im actually salivating thinking of it.

Around where I live they have a thing called Chicharrones. I think it was originally columbian but everyone seems to claim it as their own. It`s the pork skin but only fried once, not twice. They also leave the underlying fat and even a piece of the pork meat attached so you get crispy delicious fried skin + fat + meat all in one bite.
