this is not a construction fail. this is a remodeling fail. This was an Asian inset toilet and the door would normally open without a problem. but the larger, bulkier and less efficient western toilet takes up too much room.

cowpander, Bathroom doors are required to swing IN, how would you like it sitting on your throne, about to drop a 5lb bomb, and someone swings the door open with his pants down on his ankles cause he cannot hold back the indian spicy wrap he just ate as he procedes to shit all over the place. If the door swings IN, you would have a chance to slam it in his face thereby saving you getting all...well..shitty.
