Funny. I said that about the first one. There are better stop motion videos on youtube with transformers then the movie.

Of course it was a bad movie. Why are people surprised? Didn`t they see the first one? Some one really needs to put Michael Bay out of his misery.

the movie does entertain that`s this movie`s soul purpos,e but that fact escapes you.

i thought the animation was great but plot was kind of dumb again, lots of plot holes too, like the last battle was unecessary. there was no need to have them run/drive 1-2 miles and lead up to a fight since the transformers can communicate their locations to each other. the decepticons did it many times in the movie.

i`m glad that frank welker got to do something.

i was soo disappointed with this movie.

i wasn`t expecting too much as it is a michael bay film, so i knew that explosions, explosions & more explosions are the order of the day - however i was expecting a `plot` of some-kind.

as soon as i saw the very first shot of megan fox on the motorcycle (which was great by the way) i knew straight away `this isn`t gonna be good`, odds are whenever one of the leading actors in a film has to resort to selling sex to keep you interested in the movie its a distraction from the god aweful storyline.

the other autobot & decepticons characters in this movie were annoying as hell especially the autobots, and Shia LaBeouf`s college roommate.

they fucked this up soo bad...can`t believe michael bay actually got paid 75million for this.

What? It`s a movie about fucking giant robots that morph into cars for some reason. How can you make a plausible story about that without digressing from the fact that there are CARS that morph into ROBOTS? The cartoon was stupid, the movie is stupid, but robots that transform into machines are pure awesome. I dunno why.

The movie was good. I went to it to see giant robots fight and I got what I wanted granted I had to suffer through all the god awful in-between scenes. The movie`s about Transformers and that`s what you get, I can`t fathom why people expect more from a movie than it`s advertised. It`s like going to watch a Superman movie and going: "You know what? I didn`t see Lobo in this movie, therefore I conclude that this movie sucks". Go nitpick Revenge of The Fallen when it also has "with intricate great storyline and plausible characters" in the title, otherwise fuckoff.

Without actor salaries they could`ve added like 900 more robots - just saying.

Get these `actors`, one-liners and "jokes" that were funny once in `91 outta Transformers.

And to everyone who continues with "What did you expect it`s an action movie?" - well, I always expect substance.
Action movies are more than capable of delivering a logical and well rounded story.
I guess I`m not the "average American" moviegoer.
I don`t go brain dead when I enter a theater and I`ll complain about shit writing and dialogue.

Quick shout out to my co-workers who thought Transformers II was "10000x" better than Star Trek:

I honestly thought part 1 was good and it got my expectations for part 2 high. But I was sourly disappointed...entertained, but disappointed.
