There`s no force stopping him from falling, he`s just moving around the loop faster than he`s accelerating downwards. There`s a centripetal force from the loop surface, stopping him from flying off as though on a ramp, and gravity.

If you look in the rotating frame there`s also a fictitious centrifugal force that pops out as a result of no longer being in an inertial (non-accelerating) frame.

Sorry, I just don`t like it when people jabber out these words without understanding them.
