Please note that the footage in this video is edited to make it appear as if he came close to hitting people when in fact he was MINUTES off from doing any such thing. Police probably warned people to evacuate or stay out of the halls.

I thought it was kinda funny - just adding some music with it could make it hilarious. Hilarious in the way of the cops chasing after the car not people getting in danger. Almost reminded me of the original Scooby Doo episodes. A the chase scenes.

I read about this in the news a few days ago. He got a ticket for playing his stereo too loud. He told the cop that he was going to drive through city hall and then actually did it. Later he claimed that voices in his head made him do it.
