America-bashers annoy the living hell out of me. Fine, vote me down, but at least read this first. Stop bashing an entire country, for fuckin sake. Not everyone here is obese. Not everyone is a gay-basher. Not everyone is close-minded. No country is perfect, and America is far from it. But rash generalizations and unnecessary insults about American people are just fucking annoying. I am American, I live in California, and I`m none of the things that the comments above would have me portrayed as. And yes, I`m as in sync with this site`s demographic as one could possibly be -- excepting those who hate America as a WHOLE. America has done MANY great things for the world, as well as terrible -- and yes, the bad things must be pointed out. But I would be hard-pressed to find someone on this site who`s comment praised America for anything.
