Just because she is allowed to say whatever she wants doesn`t make her statements right or "beautiful" to say. We all know that these pageants aren`t about what you believe in, otherwise it would be full of much better(much less attractive people) and nobody would watch.

But even if I was in a pageant for any thing, and I said "fuck whitey" I would not expect to be popular. It doesn`t matter if there are millions of people that agree with me I would not look good, no matter how much I paid doctors to make my body good.

Take that white people!

If it was about religion she should have said she thinks that gay people should have all the tax benefits and legal rights, as "opposite" people. And that the government has no right to treat people differently because of who they are, but doesn`t think that churches should have to wed gay people.

The bond between churth and the government IS wrong.

If a gay couple wants to get married to have the same right as straight people, it`s fine. But the question was directed to her; and I don`t care what she thinks, but what is WRONG is to block the rights of other people according to what SHE thinks.

There is no right answer to that question to begin with. She did say what she believes it should be, for herself. I actually like its as she didn`t lie about it with all these political correct terms.
Don`t get me wrong I have nothing against civil parnership. Good to see people of love then people of hate.
As for the photos I am a little disappointed that they are not actually what I would call topless.

I was saying that she may not have won(allegedly) the miss American title because she was being ignorant, I have no idea whether or not she would of won. Her 1st amendment rights have not been infringed upon in any way shape or form. If you don`t think that "bad" answers should have any affect on the pageant then we agree on something, that they shouldn`t ask them any questions and we should just stare at them in bikinis for an hour.

What this has to do with her 1st amendment rights I have no idea, I`ve seen the clip of her saying she doesn`t think that gays should have the same rights and, that she felt as though Satan was trying to tempt her in asking her that question, over and over, on the internet and television. The only way that her rights would be infringed is if the government stopped her from saying it or stopped the media from repeating it over and over.

She was supposed to loose her title because of her multiple contract breaches, including joining political action groups, entering under false pretenses, and failing to meet her contractual obligations.

I don`t know what reason Trump kept her on for, and he has every right seeing as he owns the pageant and can do whatever he wants with it, but if he chose to keep her on despite her multiple contract breaches because he agrees with her controversial opinion, that would be much more unfair to the girls that followed the rules of the competition.

This has nothing to do with the 1st amendment.
