Hm. When I was a kid, a "prank" was to put up a bucket of water on top of a slightly opened door. Or to smear shoe paste underneath a doorhandle.
Not like I don`t appreciate a good scare or a creative idea to fuck with someone, but what the hell happened that today`s "pranks" that get celebrated online are often harsh enough to seriously hurt the victim?

I used to think that pranks are done to scare someone or to make them uncomfortable without being seen yourself - not to unleash something on a victim, having the potential to paralyze someone from the waist down (considering the tie-to-the-bed one)...

Although I have to admit, the mouse-trap one was sweet.

mousetrap one seem fake to anyone else? he had a clear view of them when he woke up.
