I had to watch it twice. First time my eyes were on the nurse.

I think it`s a midget. Either hes got boobs or those are his knees at his chest. They had to help him up because he`s on stilts. I think the arms are fake too. They look like the bend at 2 points.

the surgeon? he`s actually an EXTREMELY RARE case of amputation, I didn`t believe it until I actually met someone (also african american, maybe the same guy?) like that in a wheel chair while working in Vegas. As for the legs? magic, I guess....

Yeah I`ve seen Chris Angel do a similar trick. There are apparently people with just torsos who are willing to do stuff like this. As for the legs, I`m guessing that was a midget, then at the end they just put the only-torso guy on top of the midget with legs, and attach them somehow when they`re stacked on top of each other. That`s my best guess, seems reasonable to me.
