seen this before, but this time i looke a little closer, it looks like the kid fell out of the front right seat where someone comes out after it. someone opened the door, so either someone was trying to kill the kid, someone is really stupid, the kid opened the door, or the door is really crappy, or a mixture of some of these are true. whatever the case, the kid doesn`t seem to have been secured appropriately, like in a child seat in the back
