@Dweebster: You can convert mass to force, since he mentions the acceleration as the acceleration of a bullet. Having said that, F= m*a = (60kg) * (average acceleration of a bullet)
A quick search on Google give the average acceleration of a bullet, varying from gun to gun, to be around 550 m/s^2 (corrected). Therefore the force is 33kN. I miss high school. Life was so simple back then.
