At :25, you can see the yellow dress shes about to change into under the red one. And at :32, you can see her pulling at the red dress to quickly remove it.

The trick is all in the clothes. They use layers of specially created clothes to do the illusion. That`s why they used all of the same outfits the second time they performed it.

It`s still fucking amazing.
