Wait, wait, there is a comparison being made here and it isn`t Metallica against all other rock or music in general. It`s against Hannah "Who is that?" Montana and lets face it, Metallica (and its fans) would mercilessly eat the faces off of Hannah Montana`s pink glittered face.

I`ve noticed that there are two kinds of Metallica fans:

The ones that liked them before the black album....

and those who liked them after the black album

Why? They took some music lessions at that point. They lost that "raw" energy. Ask any musician, the older stuff had a LOT of off-beat notes and flares. The newer stuff is more structured.

Sigh, its so stupid how any time Metallica`s name comes up in ANYTHING there are always people complaining about them. I don`t know if each member of Metallica raped these people`s sisters and mothers or what but seriously...why does there have to be such a deep hatred for them. They are a band, and a damn good one in my book, but all the same...just a band. If you don`t like what they do, just move along and save the rest of us from the headache.
