it WAS the blue car^ thats cool how even though he recovered pretty quickly he still fucked it up for everyone.

and @ Dusma

thats pretty simple to understand, since the one car slows down by accident it causes each car behind it to progressively slow down letting the car behind it catch up causing a "jam". its like reverse dominos in a way. instead of them all getting knocked over due to that first peice, they all get stopped by that first car.

in houston a 4 lane road will go to a standstill for about a mile or 2 backup for a single car on the far right emergency lane....
