Have u?? there are plenty of rich people there with hummers but they still own scooters to get around easier. It might seem chaotic but there are hardly any accidents.

if you`re ever there, best way to cross the street is to be confident and just walk at a steady unchanging pace, can even close your eyes...everyone on the mopeds are really good at dodging ppl, just don`t get scared and try to dodge them yourselves...huge tourist mistake...
