the top 2 are indications for the highway that links the 2 cities.. underneath are directiosn to take to go to each... lol

^ almost they place the name of the city your headed towards next to the arrow, the top two are highway/motorway signs while the bottom two are the UK equivalent of `A` roads (main single/dual lane roads that link major cities)

so basically Napoli is left while Salerno is right
