Doesn`t look like its the head thats tilting it. The head never moves forward or down, as it would if it were towing the rest of the body. I think its more an issue of the pup learning to use its new body and having a small spasm due to lack of coordination.

ryanjm, wtf. You`re like the typical youtube comment in all its completely dumbass glory. Why the hell does anyone spend the time attaching fishing wire to a puppy. If someone did want to make a fake vid, they would do something far more awesome with that fishing wire than show a thirsty puppy.
